Order A One Time Visit

We offer one time non-urgent visits and one time urgent visits. Just fill out the form below and then make an online payment below to order.

Non-Urgent: Need the heat adjusted and water turned on before your visit?  A storm roll through and need the home checked? Need some photos of a contractors completed work? Something else? Just reach out. $50/visit(during regular business hours). Includes visit to meet your need(up to 1 hour) and  report sent (email/call/text-as you prefer) after visit. We will contact you with earliest available visit time after order placed or call us first to confirm.

Urgent: Property needs last minute prep before check-in? Special delivery needs to be put inside? Guest has an issue? Something else? Just reach out. We drop everything and visit your home within one hour. $75/visit. Includes visit to put out the fire(up to 1 hour) and report sent (email/call/text-as you prefer) after visit.

Note: Visits are subject to availability and services needed performed on visit are at discretion of Hill Top Home Watch. If we are unable to perform visit we will issue a full refund.
